In Charge of my Schedule again!A

"Katherine has a million little 'tricks up her sleeve' to help motivate and give me clarity. Katherine is always positive and supportive and sees things in me that I had never seen.

I am now very clear about my goals, and what I can do to achieve them. I have renewed energy towards making them happen.

I am embracing my creativity. I am in charge of my schedule again and feel less anxiety. I feel more clear and relaxed and have better connections with family and friends."

I help people come out of the creative closet and express themselves

The Closet Creatives I work with are committed to their careers and taking care of their families.
They go to great lengths to create rich, nurturing experiences for others, but often fail to nurture their own needs. Some of them call themselves artists, but many do not dare.

Their creativity is irrepressible and always sneaks out somehow. They love to write and make stuff—cards, journals, scrapbooks, collage, even new recipes! They volunteer to make posters and organize crafts for kid's events. They would be eternal sudents if they could be and get jazzed up while taking classes, only to stop creating when it is over.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • You wear yourself out by draining your creative batteries without re-charging them.
  • You stay safe in victim mode, allowing others to fill up your time and drain your energy.
  • You buy the story your inner critic is telling you. You get blocked just as things are getting good.
  • You are isolated from other Creative Sparks and do not have internal and external systems that energize and support you.
  • You're a self-starter, but not a self-finisher: You jump into one juicy new project after another and deny yourself the thrill of completion.

I have the greatest success with clients who:

Accept Personal Responsibility: You cannot fully control what life dishes up, but you are 100% responsible for how you show up and what you do.

Are ready to invest in themselves:  You know that your dreams are worth the time, money and energy you invest in them.

Love to Collaborate:  You are as passionate about people as you are about getting creative.  You know when to ask for help and know that you are stronger with a supportive team behind you.

See Creativity as an approach to life. You know that serious creative play can take you to your most powerful and fulfilling life's work.
